Education assistants play a crucial role in shaping a child’s educational journey. Their presence and guidance help students develop essential character skills such as grit and a growth mindset.

This workshop is designed to empower education assistants with the tools, knowledge, and skills necessary to make a significant impact on students' lives.

By the End of the Workshop Participants will...
◦ Learn how to mentor students effectively using the scaffolding model.
◦ Strengthen their professional and personal identity through Core Reflection.
◦ Improve their personal efficiency system.
◦ Explore the integration of AI in educational roles.
◦ Understand and apply systems thinking.
◦ Develop teamwork and communication skills.
◦ Gain practical insights through case studies and group discussions.

Methodology
Participants will be actively engaged in the learning process.
Case studies will be used to encourage deeper reflections and group discussions.
The facilitator will serve as a coach and guide throughout their learning journey.  She will work alongside participants and help them explore new concepts and apply new strategies in a supportive and collaborative setting.
To sustain learning and support implementation, an online Padlet based learning and networking community will be created to address and share queries and ideas.
