My background in counseling psychology, coupled with hands-on experience as a school counselor, learning coach, and institute leader, has given me a deep understanding of what unlocks student potential.

Education assistants are crucial members of the educational team, and I believe in equipping them with the tools they need to thrive both professionally and personally.

In this workshop, I'll share practical strategies I've developed across these diverse roles to help educators, particularly those working alongside students, unlock student success and achieve professional excellence.
